THEATER RENTAL OPTIONS
Whatever your event, Eaglenest Entertainment will customize a package to meet your needs.
I. Lease of Entire Facility: (Includes building, surrounding grounds, amphitheater, and parking areas)
A. Full Service: (Includes sound/light technicians, ticket sales, and clean-up)
This option is designed for groups that wish to bring their productions to our theater with the least amount of effort and pre-planning. We will provide an experienced sound and light engineer, personnel to handle ticket sales, as well as provide for cleaning of the theater before and after your production. Our parking is sufficient to handle large numbers of guests. NOTE: If our sound and/or lighting personnel need to be present on any day before the show date, a nominal fee will be assessed. A pre-negotiated, refundable deposit is required. (Deposit refunded unless there is special cleaning - beyond normal wear and tear, or repairs required.)
B. Limited Service: (Includes sound/light technicians and clean-up)
This option is available for groups that already have a system for selling their own tickets or have an alternative system for funding (subscriptions, etc.) We will provide one experienced sound and lighting engineer for your production. We will also take care of having the theater cleaned before and after your production. The parking is sufficient to handle large numbers of guests. NOTE: If our sound and lighting engineer needs to be present on any day before the show date, a nominal fee will be charged. (Deposit refunded unless there is special cleaning - beyond normal wear and tear, or repairs required.)
II. Lease of Grounds: (Includes surrounding grounds, amphitheater, and parking area -- Does not including entrance to building)
This option is available for groups bringing outdoor festivities for all-day or multi-day use. (ie: car shows, expos, arts & craft events, music festivals, and rallys) We have an outdoor amphitheater with a covered stage. Our grounds are well lit and gated. We also have a "newly constructed" vending area available on the creek. Parking attendants and security may be available for a small fee, if requested.
III. Lease of Parking Area: (Includes lower parking area -- Does not include upper parking area, surrounding grounds, amphitheater, or entrance to the building)
This option is perfect for groups wishing to lease "smaller" areas. (ie: craft fairs and festivals)

No event may be publicized until a rental contract is completed and signed. Fifty percent of the total fee is due at signing. (This does not include the refundable deposit. When appropriate, the deposit will be refunded within ten days of the event closing.) The remaining 50% is due the day prior to the event.
Non-profit organizations and other distinguished groups may qualify for special rates.
